Lafiya VFM Refresher course
In this training, you will learn about the basic concepts, definitions, and principles that underpin the VFM framework, and explore what Value for Money means in the specific context of the Lafiya Programme. You will gain a clear understanding of VFM reporting. We will also walk through the VFM assessment process and explore opportunities to strengthen how we deliver and demonstrate value across the programme.
By the end of this training, you will be able to identify, plan, and manage activities that improve VFM in your day-to-day work. You will be able to distinguish between good and poor VFM practice. You will leave with a shared understanding of what VFM means - and what it doesn't mean - helping to clear up common misconceptions that can get in the way of good decision-making. You will also have clarity on the roles and responsibilities that each of us holds in making VFM a practical reality, not just a reporting requirement.
